This Besan is made using Chana Dal prepared from traditional “Kante Ka Chana”, and not from regular hybrid chana. This desi variety is smaller in size, has a naturally rough skin and a distinct pointed nose, unlike the larger, smoother and mostly round-shaped hybrid chana commonly available.
Our Besan (Gram Flour) is made from our own farm-grown Split Chickpea (Chana Dal), cultivated without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The chickpeas are carefully selected and traditionally processed in small batches to bring you fresh, wholesome gram flour.
The split chickpeas are finely ground in small quantities, preserving their natural flavour, aroma, and characteristic taste. With no unnecessary additives, our Besan is a simple and versatile staple for the Indian kitchen.
