This Chana Dal is made from traditional “Kante Ka Chana” and not regular hybrid chana! This chana is smaller in size, has rough skin and a distinct pointed nose, unlike the mostly round-shaped hybrid chana commonly available!
Our Split Chickpea (Chana Dal) is grown at our own farm without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Once harvested, the chickpeas are carefully cleaned and processed in small batches, with much of the work done by hand.
