This is traditional “Kante Ka Chana” and not regular hybrid chana! This chana is smaller in size, has rough skin and a distinct pointed nose, unlike the mostly round-shaped hybrid chana commonly available!
This Deshi Chana (Chickpea) is grown at our own farm without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We grow it with care, following natural farming practices that allow the crop to develop in its own time.
After harvesting, the chana is carefully cleaned and processed in small batches, with much of the work done by hand. This simple, small-batch approach helps retain its natural taste, texture, and wholesome character.
